Questo spettacolo per bambini nasce dalla collaborazione tra Silvia Bennett danzatrice e coreografa e Caterina Simonelli attrice e regista, le quali trovano in questo lavoro un armonioso equilibrio tra danza e parola. Tutto ha inizio dal suono per poi trasformarsi in musica e divenire infine poesia. La qualità del lavoro trova le sue fondamenta in una lunga ricerca multidisciplinare iniziata in Olanda, che ha come obiettivo un avvicinamento al teatro sperimentale e interattivo da parte dei genitori  attraverso gli occhi dei bambini.

La storia inizia in uno stagno, tutto è scivoloso, il vento non aiuta a stare in piedi e in un gioco di equilibrio e fantasia, la protagonista porta il pubblico in un viaggio poetico ed emozionante. Insieme a lei danza una libellula di legno, Libra, simbolo di trasformazione e transizione. Libra attraversa le tempeste con tenacia,  vive la maggior parte della sua vita sul fondo dello stagno per poi emergere dal fango ed imparare a volare.

This children’s show was born from the collaboration between Silvia Bennett dancer and choreographer and Caterina Simonelli actress and director, who find in this work a harmonious balance between dance and word. It all starts with sound and then turns into music and finally becomes poetry. The quality of the work finds its foundations in a long multidisciplinary research begun in the Netherlands, which aims to bring parents closer to experimental and interactive theater through the eyes of children.

The story begins in a pond, everything is slippery, the wind does not help to stand up and in a game of balance and imagination, the protagonist takes the audience on a poetic and exciting journey. A wooden dragonfly, Libra, a symbol of transformation and transition, dances with her. Libra goes through storms with tenacity, she lives most of her life at the bottom of the pond and then emerges from the mud and learns to fly.
